About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, innovative, and responsive leader who can elevate talent standards and support the hardworking and exceptional staff of this organization. In this role, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will primarily focus on developing and leading the execution of people and talent strategies aligned with the company's goals, including recruitment, engagement, compensation, performance management, training, and fostering positive employee relationships. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves' leadership position in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Outstanding problem solver and decision maker who balances data, wisdom, experience, and judgment to make sound choices. Has a talent for generating momentum and leading organizational change collaboratively. An intelligent and articulate individual capable of relating to people at all levels within an organization, with excellent communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • 8-10+ years of progressive human resources experience in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting out high-level projects for executives or senior leadership
  • Experience developing/implementing strategic plans, delivering on commitments, and
  • Experience in influencing and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key leaders to identify and implement business and workforce strategies, focusing on talent, culture, and engagement that align with our growth path.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with leaders, employees, internal, peers, and direct reports.
  • Anticipate future HR trends and identify innovative opportunities and programs to drive HR strategies to deliver business results.
  • Serve as a key leadership team member as an HR knowledge expert and strategic advisor.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Performs supervisory duties according to the organization's policies and laws.
