About The Position

THE ROLE An ideal candidate would be local to Los Angeles. This position leads all aspects of the HR Project Management Office (PMO) to drive consistency and strategic alignment across our global Human Resources organization. You will define project standards and governance while leading all aspects of a portfolio of initiatives that impact around 10,000 employees in 65 countries. The role requires you to act as a link between HR strategy and execution, ensuring we deliver value on time and within budget. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE• Portfolio Management: Oversee the implementation of our global HR project portfolio. Help prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and resource availability.• Methodology Ownership: Build and maintain a standardized project management framework. Ensure tools and templates are adopted globally.• Collaborator Alignment: Partner with HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Talent) and business leaders. Facilitate clear communication and expectation management.• Risk Resolution: Proactively identify project roadblocks. Clear the path for teams to deliver results effectively.• Resource Optimization: Help optimize the allocation of project resources. Balance demand across multiple high-priority initiatives.• Performance Measurement: Define specific KPIs for project success. Report on ROI and business impact to senior leadership.• Change Leadership: Champion change management principles. Ensure project adoption and sustainability across diverse cultures. Requirements

  • HR Project Management Experience: Minimum 10 years of direct experience leading all aspects of complex, large-scale initiatives within a global Human Resources function. Proven track record of delivering HR programs and projects that span multiple geographies and HR fields (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Talent, HRIS).
  • Specialized HR Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of HR processes, systems, data, and organizational structures, with demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge to drive successful HR project outcomes.
  • Project Expertise: Ability to manage complex projects across multiple geographies and functions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively engage collaborators at all levels.
  • Risk Proficiency: Strong capability in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Analytical Approach: Strong skills to assess project performance and business impact accurately.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in project documentation and reporting.
