Position Purpose: Support, manage and drive enterprise strategic initiatives with heavy focus on financial and qualitative results. Manage key enterprise performance initiatives, including monitoring critical milestones and financial benefit realization for larger scale initiatives. In this Sr. Mgr., Finance & Performance Mgmt., role, you will: Lead quarterly forecast updates and the annual budget, collaborating with cross-functional partners to align financial plans with performance targets. Monitor key milestones indicative of initiative success and aide in performance management of initiatives from ideation through implementation/execution Track realization of benefits, including financial and qualitative key performance indicators Develop financial pro formas for new business initiatives to guide cost implementation, resource planning, and investment decisions. Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reporting summaries prepared for Senior Management on initiative performance and status Review key performance indicator and financial benefit realization tracking methodology Identify and execute process improvement opportunities within the department; partner cross-functionally to drive process improvement with internal partners (related to executing against initiative portfolio)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of financial/analytics experience.

  • Managed care or health insurance industry experience preferred.
