Verizon’s Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how Verizon presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional revenue streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels. The Channel Management team you will be joining focuses on the day-to-day account management of two key channels for this important business.. As a Program & Project Management Senior Manager of Channel Management, you will: Engage with tier 1 channel partners on a day-to-day basis and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives. Develop and manage working-level relationships internally and externally Curate detailed quarterly roadmaps for your assigned channel partners, covering network features, device functionality, retail services, products, features, and platforms Manage client partner roadmap communications at executive and working levels Coordinate quarterly roadmap communication meetings between VZ product management and external client executives Schedule and manage detailed product overviews for any products selected by client partners with VZ product management and SMEs Initiate and plan operational tracks for Products/Features that a client partner wishes to commercialize Create and maintain project plans and timelines Work with channel management leaders to engage the broader team members within the Wholesale organization's Product, Operations, and Platform teams, and maintain strong relationships with external supporting organizations (Network, Device Technology, Consumer Product Management, Legal) on roadmap-related items. Ensure that both the customer and Verizon are meeting all contractual obligations. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes What we’re looking for... Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Strong time and resource management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a business Administration/Management, Engineering, or IT-related field
  • Three or more years of product-related project management experience
  • Collaborated with internal cross-functional organizations and client partners on complex projects
  • Project Management certification, e.g., PMP
  • Proven success in coordinating complex customer programs with internal and external components.
  • Excellent customer communications, interaction, and presentation skills.
