Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America. PURPOSE OF POSITION As a member of the Transformation function, this role supports the development and deployment of Partner Performance Management capabilities, with a primary focus on building and enabling cost gap modeling, performance tracking, and analytics to improve partner performance and ensure alignment with contractual commitments. The role contributes to the establishment of standardized methodologies, reporting frameworks, and analytics capabilities, while enabling regional teams to adopt and apply these capabilities. The position also provides flexible support to Transition Standards activities, contributing to coordination and consistency in the execution of network changes across regions through defined standards and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor degree is required
  • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or partner / supplier performance management, with exposure to transportation, warehousing, or 3PL environments
  • Experience in developing and applying performance management and analytics capabilities, including cost gap modeling, KPI tracking, and operational or financial performance reporting
  • Experience building or supporting analytical frameworks and reporting capabilities to track performance aligned with contractual or operational commitments
  • Ability to work in a global, matrix organization: strong communication and presentation skills; ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority; build consensus and collaborate with people from different functions and regions
  • Experience supporting capability deployment and adoption across regions, including training and enablement of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Nice To Haves

  • A Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and support the development of cost gap modeling capabilities required for Partner Performance Management, including supporting financial and analytical frameworks and capability development plan
  • Conduct cost gap modeling analyses to identify gaps between contracted and actual performance and support actions to drive contract compliance and value realization
  • Identify and define requirements to track and report on operational and financial performance aligned with contractual commitments
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to provide visibility into partner performance, including support for operational reporting cadences and governance forums
  • Support the build-out and coordination of additional analytics capabilities, including contributing to the development of functional analyst capabilities to conduct transactional reporting and analytics
  • Train and support regional teams on cost gap modeling, associated tools, and methodologies to enable consistent adoption across regions
  • Support implementation of performance management metrics and reporting as part of operational cadences (e.g., T2T, Operational Reviews), in partnership with regional teams and functions
  • Provide support to Transition Standards activities, including contributing to coordination across regional teams and supporting deployment of standardized approaches for network transitions.
