You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.  OverviewThe Sr. Marketplace Experience Operations Specialist will report to the Director of Experience Operations and support social selling (TikTok Shops) and marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Target) operations. This role will help analyze, perform and improve the support operations of our digital sales channels across the globe and enterprise.What You'll Do Ensure that critical operations functions are performed to support these digital selling channels. Perform functions to make sure our performance ratings for each platform are healthy. Partner with cross functional stakeholders to resolve issues. Create documentation. Note key changes in process or integration that will inform future implementations. Document new processes based on lessons learned and data discovery. Engage with marketplace vendors. Stay current on changes in seller interfaces, policies and opportunities for each marketplace that will impact how we execute our business. Share relevant findings with partners via 1:1 meetings, written communication or documentation as appropriate. Monitor SLA performance and a variety of metrics for each vendor. Communicate to operational partners as needed. Take corrective actions as appropriate. Create reporting and analysis to describe the operations performance of the teams. Understand inventory and replenishment systems for marketplaces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital product, ecommerce, or technology experience.
  • Experience with or strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace sales concepts and environments.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to deter.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with others.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and investigate in uncertain situations.
  • Openness to adjusting to change and implementing new practices and approaches to best support a changing business.
