Were seeking an organized and proactive Sr. Marketing Specialist - Knowledge Management to support the day-to-day operations of our Marketing team and help deliver a positive employee experience across the organization. The Sr. Marketing Specialist Knowledge Management is responsible for developing and implementing knowledge-sharing processes, tools, and resources across the company. This role administers the CRM (Unanet), owns the file organization on the shared marketing drive, and supports firmwide strategies that connect people to the information they need to serve clients, win work and foster collaboration. They demonstrate a commitment to data accuracy, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment, and are responsible for leading pursuits as needed.
