Specialist, Knowledge Management and Communication Join us and help strengthen PAHO’s country-focused impact through knowledge and communication The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Regional Office for the Americas of the World Health Organization (WHO), is seeking a motivated, results-oriented and collaborative Specialist, Knowledge Management and Communication to strengthen institutional knowledge, enhance information sharing, and support effective communication across the Organization, with a strong focus on country-level technical cooperation. Under the direct supervision of the Head, Office of Country and Subregional Coordination (CSC), the selected candidate will: Support the overall knowledge management and communication functions of the Office, including the maintenance and regular updating of CSC intranet and internet pages. Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate knowledge management and information-sharing strategies and activities in collaboration with CSC and relevant partners. Establish, maintain, and improve digital platforms and systems for storing, organizing, and sharing institutional knowledge, including SharePoint and OneDrive repositories. Facilitate the documentation, systematization, and dissemination of good practices and lessons learned to preserve organizational memory and promote learning. Support internal and external communication initiatives, including country focus communication strategies, reports, meetings, workshops, and capacity‑building activities.
