A Senior Manager of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Beazer Homes communities and brand, aiming to drive customer interest and sales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive leads and sales.
  • Proficiency with marketing software (CRM, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate or homebuilding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote new home communities, properties, and the overall brand.
  • Oversee the development and consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels (print, digital, social media, etc.).
  • Create lead generation strategies to increase customer acquisition and home sales.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid media to drive online traffic and engagement.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, ensuring active and engaging interactions with potential customers.
  • Oversee the creation and management of advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, TV, and radio.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
