This role will drive integrated partnership marketing efforts that bring iconic franchises and storytelling to life across Target’s ecosystem — from merchandising to media — in ways that deepen guest engagement and unlock commercial impact. The ideal leader brings strong partnership acumen, the ability to build and steward senior-level studio relationships, and a fluency in media and cultural moments to ensure Target shows up in timely, relevant, and differentiated ways. This role requires a unique blend of creative and analytical thinking, strong relationship management, and a passion for understanding guest needs and behaviors.
