About The Position

To assist new instructors in the implementation of the MANDT system training as well as providing MANDT training to Elk Hill staff as needed or required.

Requirements

Possess a MANDT Trainer Certification and any other required MANDT certifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate ideas verbally and in writing with a wide variety of audiences as a facilitator or presenter (in person, online, webinars, and conference calls)
Experience providing technical assistance, consultation, training, and support to Elk Hill staff.

Responsibilities

Maintain an active MANDT Instructor certification (if required), and MANDT Trainer certification (required) including the latest updates
Provide training and coaching to Elk Hill staff
Provide consultation on SIRs or other incidents that require debriefing or further discussion
Assist new instructors in the implementation of the MANDT system training
Utilize tools to support the implementation of the MANDT system, such as program surveys to improve training delivery
Provide technical support in entering certificates and navigating the MANDT online system
Ensure that Trauma Informed Care is being implemented across the organization
Communicate effectively with Human Resources about training dates, times, and locations to enter into the Learning Management System (LMS)
Submit certificates to Human Resources to enter into the LMS.
Support all trainers in implementing an effective and engaging training
Review MANDT policies and procedures if requested by the Chief Operations, Human Resources and/or supervisor
Manage online MANDT portal and provide support to other MANDT instructors when needed with portal questions
Consult with the MANDT system directly regarding support navigating questions about implementation of restraints
Other duties as assigned
