Role Purpose The Sr Manager, Workflow Technologist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing workflows using MarTech platforms—primarily Adobe Workfront—to drive operational excellence, speed, and transparency across both anthemic (long-term, high-impact) and deaveraged (agile, market-specific) content streams. This role is a key enabler of tech-augmented ways of working, ensuring seamless intake, prioritization, approvals, and reporting, and supporting the transformation to an AI-powered, data-driven marketing organization. The Sr Manager will partner closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to orchestrate dynamic workflows that support both scale and local relevance.
