Your mission The Platform Lead Financials is a senior technical leader responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of professional services at UiPath. This role serves as a cross-functional liaison, driving technical delivery excellence, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration across teams. Platform Lead Financials upholds technical standards, mentor delivery professionals, and ensure that services evolve in alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing technology project–previous program or delivery management role focused on software development and systems integration.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, managing, and mentoring technical professionals.
  • Experience in various agile, waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies and continuous integration.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver multiple, competing, priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with UiPath platform.

Responsibilities

  • Work with project managers to define vision for critical engagements.
  • Proactively identify and address technical and scope risks early in project lifecycle, anticipate potential delivery challenges and establish mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline delivery processes.
  • Set and uphold the technical bar, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; foster a culture of collaboration and cross-functional partnership for the rest of the team.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the careers of delivery professionals by aligning individual strengths and aspirations with organizational goals.
  • Hire delivery personnel and coordinate with other Platform Leads to ensure technical consistency during interviews.
  • Resolve escalations and make decisions for critical engagements.
  • Plan and manage staffing across active and upcoming engagements to ensure optimal resource utilization and balanced workloads.
  • Consult with Sales on license consumption opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership and resource management teams to forecast resource needs and address capacity gaps.
  • Translate technical complexity into actionable insights for non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment between business and technology.
  • Lead strategic discussions to align delivery outcomes with platform vision and business objectives and communicate to senior leadership.
  • Promote transparency and clarity across all communication channels, ensuring teams are well-informed and aligned.
  • Work closely with other Platform Leads to ensure consistency and shared learning.
