Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, HR, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise leading enterprise talent management practices, including performance management, succession planning, and talent planning.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering scalable talent frameworks, models, or processes at the enterprise level.
  • Strong capability using talent data, assessments, and organizational insights to inform strategy and drive action.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders through sound judgment, facilitation, and credibility.
  • Leadership experience setting direction, developing others, and delivering complex, cross-functional‑ initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance long term‑ strategy with operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and program management skills.
  • A strong commitment to inclusive talent practices and building representative leadership pipelines.

  • Experience with Workday Talent modules preferred.
