Lead and develop a team of program managers, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to deliver complex enterprise talent initiatives. Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent priorities with business strategy and workforce needs. Design, scale, and govern enterprise talent frameworks, tools, and systems that enable consistent, high impact‑ practices. Lead core talent cycles, including performance and talent calibrations, succession planning, assessments, and development planning. Translate talent data and insights into clear, actionable guidance that strengthens talent decisions and organizational health. Collaborate across HR and the business to deliver inclusive, integrated talent solutions that enhance both leader and employee experiences.
