About The Position

Perfetti Van Melle (makers of Mentos, Airheads, Dentyne, Trident and Bubblicious!) is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum with global brands that are being enjoyed in more than 150 countries worldwide. We're currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sr. Manager, Talent Development to join our growing team. WHAT YOU WILL DO The Talent Development Manager is responsible for driving employee growth, enhancing development programs/portfolio, and supporting leadership elevation across the organization. This role reports to the Talent Management Director for BU Americas and is key to building a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management and Development departments
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, development, career and coaching
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Adult learning principles
  • Leading and organizing workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions.
  • Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.
  • Project Management
  • Planning and executing development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at local, geo and Global levels.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that support career growth and skills enhancement.
  • Deliver global and regional Leadership Training Programs and Development tracks.
  • Implement Global and Functional skills and competences framework deployment.
  • Manage learning platforms and tools, including LMS systems and digital learning content.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess talent needs and skill gaps across the region.
  • Steward global and local Compliance programs to meet local labor laws and PVM cultural expectations.
  • Support Career development programs and employee growth opportunities through a series of learning initiatives such as classroom trainings, coaching and mentoring and on the job programs (70%,20%,10% approach).
  • Own employee Onboarding approach and guidelines and partner with local OC teams on the deployment of a harmonized program for the BU.
  • Use KPIs, feedback surveys, and performance metrics to measure impact and continuously improve programs.
  • Oversee and support different employee group initiatives (ie Veteran's Day, Women's History Month, etc) across the region to drive culture and engagement
