The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services team: What You Will Do Serve as the primary point of contact for supply chain matters on key programs, providing regular updates to leadership. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet program and organizational objectives for approximately 20 identified suppliers, as well as future suppliers. Support rapid non-product procurement of computational hardware, services, software, equipment, automation, sustainment, consulting, and related support. Perform site visits, as requested, to support capability assessments, negotiations, qualifications, performance discussions and other supplier-related activities. Lead cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services. Brief the factory team on progress, bottlenecks, management of backlog, requisition burn-down and other procurement activities associated with identified suppliers/projects. Oversee high-value, complex procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Analyze supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain continuity of operations, including engaging strategic sourcing to identify new critical technology suppliers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, and finance teams, to align supply chain activities with program requirements. Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost, and implement corrective actions as needed. Mentor, train & develop team for career progression Travel as needed.
