Department OverviewThis role will join the IOM Segment Technology Team as Senior Manager – Solution Readiness supporting the lead markets (UK, Germany, Canada, Australia and France). You will be responsible for the build readiness of our key restaurant technology initiatives that will help deliver a better experience for our customers and ensure our market segment is adopting and embracing global technology solutions. This role is responsible for driving Market 0 and BAU initiatives across the IOM segment. Combining strategic adoption management, issue resolution, and governance oversight with strong stakeholder engagement across markets and global teams.
