Department OverviewWe are pleased to introduce an outstanding role as Customer Technology Manager – Solution Readiness at McDonald's, based in Chicago, IL. This job supports the LIOM Segment Team and lead markets like the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, and France. Your role is central to delivering world-class digital experiences and ensuring our global technology solutions are adopted effectively across the segment. In this role, you will work closely every day with colleagues from different teams, including Product Engineering, Architecture Services, Project Management Office, and Global Release Managers. Additionally, you will cooperate with our Global Technology Partners and Market Partners to prepare and launch new digital solutions. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate directly with the Director of Customer Technology and make a meaningful impact on McDonald's digital transformation!
