Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including leading a team of Account Managers in a multi-unit environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into action and navigate complex challenges.
  • A passion for coaching and developing people, paired with clear communication and sound decision-making.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute industrial sales strategies that drive rental revenue growth, market share, and strong profitability.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on accountability, customer relationships, and consistent execution.
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools, opportunity management, monthly objectives, and safety standards across the team.
  • Partner cross-functionally with branch leaders, HR, Finance, Technology, and corporate teams to align processes and strengthen performance.
