SLSQ127R152 Databricks operates at the leading edge of the data and AI space with a mission to help companies solve the world’s toughest problems. We are expanding our sales development team at Databricks and are looking for a strategic leader to manage and grow our Chicago team and help us expand our business in the region. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be a crucial member of our leadership team, leading recruiting, pipeline generation strategy, and constructive coaching for our BDRs. You will have experience driving pipeline generation, leading sales development teams, and working with sales and marketing teams. This role is a hybrid role, based in our Chicago office.
