Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win. 🚀 Your Mission HockeyStack is growing fast — with 3× revenue in the past year, a breakout product, and a GTM engine just getting started. Our SDRs don’t just hit quota — they get promoted quickly. You’ll join a high-performing team, convert inbound demand, and launch creative outbound plays to build pipeline and drive growth. This role is built for someone who wants to grow fast, own their impact, and be part of a sales team that rewards performance with real opportunity.

  • Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
  • Master HockeyStack’s product, ICP, and value proposition
  • Leverage advanced end-to-end automation system ever deployed to an outbound team
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to drive meetings and accelerate pipeline growthContinuously improve outbound strategy, tools, and messaging to increase effectiveness
  • Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ
  • 6–12+ months of experience in a B2B SDR or similar pipeline-generating role
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue impact
