About The Position

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in expanding our revenue and market presence by generating qualified leads and setting up opportunities for our catering sales team to close deals. This front-line position requires a proactive communicator with strong research skills, resilience, and a goal-driven attitude to help us achieve our growth targets.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the industry
  • Strong experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive or similar.
  • Experience supporting B2B (Required)
  • Strong strategic vision and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new client opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Engage potential customers via cold-calling, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, needs, and interest in client’s products or services.
  • Lay the groundwork for nurturing long-term relationships by understanding client challenges and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by connecting qualified leads with the appropriate sales team members.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on activities, lead progress, and growth forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure strategic alignment and project success.
