This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand, ensuring that T-Mobile Sales Development teams are executing on brand regarding T-Mobile's products & services, and are focused on continuous improvement of the customer experience. This position is critical to drive performance with our Field Sales Teams , and driving accountability that results in lead development, conversion rate and increased sales, as well as reduced selling expenses. Responsible for partnering with Field Sales Management to drive strategies, ie appointments by segment vertical or product. The individual will have responsibility for sales activity in one or more centers with 6+ direct reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 5-8 years sales and operational experience in a sales organization with a top company and strong culture. (Preferred)
  • Sales Management Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing sales teams, setting performance goals, and driving team success. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. (Required)
  • Sales Operations Strong proficiency in sales operations, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and process optimization. Skilled in utilizing CRM systems to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. (Required)
  • Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
  • Client Relationship Management Ability to lead and develop teams to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization. Experience in managing first impressions, understanding client needs, and laying the groundwork for future business opportunties. (Required)
  • People Management Exceptional leadership, coaching, employee relations, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on developing and empowering team members. (Required)
  • Negotiation Skilled in negotiation, with a proven ability to secure favorable agreements. Able to understand needs in order to build strong relationships, and employ strategic tactics to drive sales development. (Required)
  • Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Appointments: Drive sales and appointments for one or more call centers, manage frequent business reviews, implement course corrections, and focus on continuous business optimization.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of direct reports responsible for driving appointments and sales within their regions. Foster professional development through coaching and feedback, and address performance issues.
  • Strategy Execution: Execute the sales development strategy and ensure consistency across all internal sales teams. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Learning & Development Teams to provide clear communications regarding sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Strategic Opportunities: Identify strategic opportunities and develop clear, compelling cases for action.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Care, and Learning & Development Teams to provide clear communications regarding sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Vision and Direction: Provide vision and strategic direction for the channel, ensuring field sales representatives embody the T-Mobile brand in all customer interactions. Identify strategic opportunities and develop compelling cases for action.
