The Sr Manager, Sales Development will drive sales execution efforts with T-Mobile internal teams. This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand, ensuring that T-Mobile Sales Development teams are executing on brand regarding T-Mobile's products & services, and are focused on continuous improvement of the customer experience. This position is critical to drive performance with our Field Sales Teams , and driving accountability that results in lead development, conversion rate and increased sales, as well as reduced selling expenses. Responsible for partnering with Field Sales Management to drive strategies, ie appointments by segment vertical or product. The individual will have responsibility for sales activity in one or more centers with 6+ direct reports.
