Your responsibilities will include: Drive the rollout and operationalization of enterprise strategic programs, ensuring coordination, leader ownership, and consistent application. Design and deliver program content: Create and curate impactful learning experiences (curricula, workshops, peer learning modules) that align with business strategy, leadership competencies, and the Core Four framework. Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, HR, Talent, L&D, Communications, and Field Leadership to hardwire strategy into routines, systems, and team priorities. Measure impact and drive continuous improvement: Establish clear success metrics, track program adoption, and iterate based on business outcomes and stakeholder feedback. Stakeholder engagement: Facilitate launch events, training, and communication campaigns to build alignment and consistency at all leadership layers.
