About The Position

The Electronic Warfare Division is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Program Finance to oversee a Business Area headquartered in Clifton, NJ. This role is an integral member of the Business Area Senior Leadership team and is accountable for all aspects of financial performance. This includes: earned value reporting and compliance of large complex programs; on time and accurate submission of financial deliverables (internal and external); financial planning and analysis (FP&A); leading Business Area Annual Operating Plan and the Joint Strategic Plan financial processes; partnering with the General Manager, Program Managers and functional leadership teams to develop and execute Business Area near term and long term strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • Able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Cobra and Hyperion
  • Master's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the financial performance of the business area including the oversight of program finance for large complex programs and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
  • Provide financial leadership to foster and drive business success.
  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure cross functional effectiveness.
  • Ensure Business Area adherence to financial policies, practices and procedures
  • Assess business risk and develop and execute business-wide growth and improvement plans.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management and subordinates including executive level presentations and briefings.
  • Lead, evaluate, integrate and support change management and process improvements.
  • Develop financial performance reporting to support business decision making.
