Strategic Planning & Input: Support business planning with data-driven input and performance forecasts. Partner with Product Leadership to integrate performance insights into goal setting, ensuring resources are allocated to initiatives with proven impact. Accountability & Operating Rhythm: Lead and manage all metric-focused reporting for core operational rituals (Monthly Business Reviews, BURs, and Product Days). Drive the organizational shift toward an input-metric-focused approach by establishing links between initiatives and leading indicators. Post-Launch Performance Analysis & Insights: Synthesize complex performance data to generate clear, actionable insights on user behavior and product value. Own the end-to-end process for analyzing the impact of newly launched features against KPIs. Establish and govern the single source of truth for key indicators (e.g. MAU, engagement, LTV). Operational Excellence & Tooling: Oversee the management and optimization of the product analytics tech stack (e.g., Amplitude), ensuring teams have access to best-in-class data. Identify and flag gaps in data instrumentation or quality, collaborating with data teams to address needs. Established and active employee resource groups
