THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: Ulta is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Manager to lead Product Marketing and Sales Enablement for UB Media, Ulta’s Retail Media Network. This leader will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, storytelling, and commercial team support for our ad products and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing — translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive revenue growth. You will shape how we bring new and enhanced ad products and capabilities to market, ensuring our sales team is equipped with best-in-class materials grounded in consumer insights, brand insights, and performance outcomes. You will manage one direct report focused on go-to-market operations, while serving as the strategic lead for sales enablement and product storytelling.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, sales enablement, or strategy.
  • Direct experience within:
  • Retail Media Networks
  • Digital advertising / AdTech / Measurement
  • CPG media strategy or brand partnerships
  • Proven track record launching and commercializing advertising or measurement solutions.
  • Experience building sales enablement programs at scale and supporting sales teams.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability — able to synthesize data, insights, and product detail into clear narratives.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into client-ready materials.
  • Advanced presentation and visualization skills (PowerPoint mastery required).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working with PR/comms teams on industry positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new and enhanced RMN ad products and capabilities such as CTV, measurement, audience, Social, onsite and more.
  • Establish clear, consistent positioning and branding for the Retail Media Network across all internal and external channels.
  • Translate complex product capabilities and data insights into compelling, sales-ready narratives and materials.
  • Own sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, training materials, and client communications.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across Business Strategy, Sales, Product, Marketing, PR, and Leadership to ensure coordinated launches.
  • Lead external visibility efforts, including trade marketing, webinars, industry communications, and LinkedIn presence.
  • Manage cross-functional projects within the UB Media ecosystem while mentoring a direct report to ensure operational excellence.
