THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: Ulta is seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Manager to lead Product Marketing and Sales Enablement for UB Media, Ulta’s Retail Media Network. This leader will own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, storytelling, and commercial team support for our ad products and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing — translating product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive revenue growth. You will shape how we bring new and enhanced ad products and capabilities to market, ensuring our sales team is equipped with best-in-class materials grounded in consumer insights, brand insights, and performance outcomes. You will manage one direct report focused on go-to-market operations, while serving as the strategic lead for sales enablement and product storytelling.
