This role sits on the Growth leadership team and reports to the Senior Director of Product Design for Growth, Melanie Yencken. You’ll own the core networking experience across LinkedIn, including how members build and maintain their professional graph, as well as the notifications systems that drive timely and relevant engagement at scale. This is a player-coach role. You will lead a small, high-impact team while also contributing directly at a principal designer level.
