About The Position

We’re building the future of B2B go-to-market with AI. We need a design leader who loves craft, believes in shipping, and knows how to build trust across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You’ll lead a team of 5 product designers, shape our platform experience, and help bring the “self-driving revenue platform” vision to life. This is a player-coach role. You’ll guide designers, set direction, and still jump into the work when it matters. Not to hoard pixels — but to model high standards, unblock teams, and move fast when ambiguity is high. If you get energy from coaching people, influencing without drama, and shipping work that makes customers feel seen and powerful — we want you.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product design experience
  • 2+ years leading and coaching product designers
  • Experience shipping complex workflows, product systems, or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong product judgment and high craft bar
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and make progress without over-processing
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with a low-ego leadership style
  • Experience with AI-enabled products or workflow automation
  • Experience partnering with executives and senior cross-functional leaders
  • Strong facilitation skills and crisp storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Lead product design and execution across core product surfaces
  • Drive end-to-end experience quality with flows, prototypes, and user narratives
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear decisions, scope, and shipped outcomes
  • Raise the bar for craft, consistency, and usability across the platform
  • Lead and develop a team of five product designers
  • Build strong judgment and autonomy through mentorship and feedback
  • Run effective rituals including critiques, reviews, planning, and retrospectives
  • Set and enforce clear quality standards for the team
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders on strategy and execution
  • Connect design deliverables to measurable outcomes
  • Communicate decisions using strong storytelling, rationale, and customer context
  • Advocate for design involvement early in planning
  • Foster psychological safety and direct, respectful feedback
  • Model curiosity, humility, and accountability
  • Partner with Strategic Design and Research peers to improve design practices

Benefits

  • Our benefits include options for up to 100% paid Medical and Vision premiums for employees, a flexible PTO policy, paid holidays, and access to mental health and wellness resources.
  • We also provide a 401(k) with pre-tax, after tax, and roth options, as well as short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, and other great benefits.
