As Senior Manager, Product Design, you will be responsible for leading a team of Product Designers in creating best-in-class product solutions for investment professionals, enabling better investment strategies and decisions. In partnership with Product Management and Engineering leaders across your product domains, you will identify and prioritize the most significant opportunities to create value for customers and the business, establish strategic and delivery objectives for your teams, and lead the delivery of product experiences that ensure both business and customer success. As a member of the design leadership team, you will foster a strong design culture and contribute to initiatives to improve design operations, team growth, and craft development. With your expertise in all aspects of user-centered design and creative leadership, you will inspire and guide designers to develop a deep understanding of our customers and the financial markets in which they operate and craft holistic and intuitive experiences that empower them to achieve their goals. You will cultivate a strong sense of product ownership and commitment in your team members, guiding them in leveraging both traditional and emerging technologies to create innovative products that exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional value.
