This role will be part of the Growth team, focusing on Top of Funnel, which includes everything from SEO, Guest Experience, Emails, App Activations, Onboarding, first 28 days of a member experience, and Retaining and Resurrecting Infrequent Members. The TOF Design team is the front door experience of LinkedIn, and is responsible for expanding LinkedIn's Vision of bringing economic opportunity to every member of the global workforce through understanding and delivering value to the fringes of our potential and existing member base. The role also leads design for our Moonshot opportunities where we incubate new bets including our very successful and fun LinkedIn Games. The Moonshots team works in an agile way to launch quickly, and iteratively test ideas based on our members feedback. Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing and directing creative projects
  • Experience directing and guiding a team through a complete lifecycle of several launched projects
  • To be considered for this position, you must include your portfolio, website or other samples of work.

Responsibilities

  • Define, direct, and oversee the creative direction of our suite of products
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive marketplace growth and integrate with other LinkedIn business solutions
  • Effectively communicate ideas, design rationale and specifics of the design approach
  • Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements
  • Manage, coach, and provide directed feedback to product designers and leads to deliver the final product
