As a Senior Manager of Process Management for the Finance Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE), you will be at the forefront of transforming how Capital One validates its most critical financial data and systems. You will focus on delivering a flawlessly executed testing governance framework that improves business efficiency, ensures auditability, and drives enterprise-wide results. You will design, implement, and scale standardized testing processes, templates, and best practices while collaborating with senior leaders across the company. Your mission is to move testing from a localized task to a centralized, highly efficient horizontal function across Finance. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time. You have an ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. What You Will Do:
