We’re looking for a Senior Manager, People & Culture who thrives on ownership, urgency, and engagement. This is not a visionary role—we don’t need someone to dream up ideas we’ll never use. We need someone who gets it, executes, and performs with confidence and attention to detail, while keeping business goals and people needs in balance. As a key member of our Extended Leadership Team, you’ll drive our people strategy execution with support from Senior / Executive Leadership, lead people operations, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and growth. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, handle risk and sensitive matters with confidence, and step into tough conversations when needed—all while building trust and connection across the organization.
