About The Position

The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the People and Culture team. The People & Culture Fellow will have exposure in key areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Offboarding, Training and Development, Performance Management and Compliance. The Fellow will work closely with the People & Culture team to participate in real projects, and support day-to-day department activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of how People & Culture supports both employees and the organization. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology or related field preferred
  • Previous internship experience within the Human Resources discipline preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Outlook required
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process for full-time, part-time and gameday staffing.
  • This could include but is not limited to, posting jobs, screening resumes, and follow up communications
  • Assist with onboarding activities for full-time, part-time and gameday employees
  • Provide administrative support to various P&C functions including Talent, Development, Benefits and Compensation as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of company events, team building activities and employee recognition.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and best practices and providing support for overall People & Culture initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.
