As the Sr. Manager of HR Analytics & Strategy, you will be the primary architect of our data-driven people strategy. Sitting within the Finance organization, you will act as the connective tissue between our financial goals and our people initiatives. In this role, you’ll use advanced analytics to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights that drive hiring, retention, compensation strategy, and organizational design. You will also assist the FP&A team to drive core planning and modeling, connecting the dots between our people-first initiatives and our financial results. We are looking for a curious, analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys using data to tell a story that guides the future of our crew.
