About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Analytics & Strategy team as a Sr. Manager, Strategy, Planning & Analytics based in Miami, FL. The Sr. Manager, Strategy, Planning & Analytics will operate as a senior member of the Planning & Analytics team, with end-to-end ownership of planning, forecasting, and performance analysis workstreams. The position is designed to strengthen leadership-level capacity across strategy, finance, and analytics, and act as a key cross-functional thought partner across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or FP&A within a large, complex organization
  • Strong foundation in strategy, finance, and analytics
  • Excellent financial modeling and scenario analysis skills; SQL and/or Alteryx skills preferred
  • Proven ability to turn complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations and business cases
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into simple, actionable insights
  • Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • Experience in QSR / Retail / Consumer preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support North America, while also contributing to selected global initiatives working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Digital, Loyalty/CRM, Operations, and Restaurant Development to measure the system impact of key initiatives and translate performance into clear business implications. This includes areas such as digital sales growth, CRM and loyalty effectiveness, media and promotional initiatives, and broader operational and development strategies.
  • Lead high-impact analytical initiatives, develop robust business cases, and synthesize large volumes of information into clear, executive-level insights that inform strategic decisions. A critical aspect of the role is the ability to break down complex data into intuitive, actionable narratives and communicate them effectively to senior leadership.
  • Digital sales growth, CRM and loyalty effectiveness, media and promotional initiatives, and broader operational and development strategies.
