About The Position

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Media Analytics to lead measurement, reporting, and insights for our multi-channel media investments. This is a critical, high-impact role that helps shape how we deploy marketing dollars to efficiently acquire and retain customers across Sportsbook and Casino. You’ll serve as the strategic analytics partner to our Media, Growth, and Brand teams, transforming data into insights that drive smarter investment decisions and accelerate performance. From building attribution frameworks to identifying optimization opportunities to shaping forecasting models, you’ll play a key role in driving ROI and scaling our business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or growth analytics, ideally in sports betting, gaming, or high-growth consumer tech environments.
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing measurement, including digital and offline channels, attribution methodologies, and incrementality testing.
  • Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau; bonus for Python/R experience.
  • Strong understanding of LTV, cohort analysis, and how to tie marketing activities to downstream revenue and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing marketing and business strategy through data.
  • Collaborative mindset and excitement to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and data teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own media analytics reporting: Develop and lead measurement frameworks across all paid channels (including digital, programmatic, social, search, affiliate, and offline media).
  • Build performance dashboards: Create dynamic dashboards and tools to monitor key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback by channel, campaign, and audience.
  • Work with teams to optimize spend: Partner closely with the Media team to identify under- and over-performing campaigns and make real-time recommendations to reallocate budgets.
  • Attribution & incrementality: Develop and refine attribution models and work with partners to design incrementality tests that inform investment decisions.
  • Partner on forecasting: Work with Finance, Data Science, and Marketing teams to build and maintain performance forecasts tied to customer acquisition, NGR, and long-term retention.
  • Surface actionable insights: Transform complex data into clear, compelling stories and next steps for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion experimentation: Promote a culture of test-and-learn across media, ensuring we’re always improving creative, targeting, and investment strategies.
