About The Position

The Senior Manager, Data Analytics will lead the development of enterprise operations analytics including establishing KPIs, root causing and data quality improvements. This role is responsible for ensuring that operational KPIs are built on accurate, timely, and governed data pipelines spanning manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and logistics systems. The role will establish repeatable data processes, standard definitions, and controls that enable trusted performance reporting and data-driven decision-making at plant, regional, and enterprise levels. The position partners closely with Operations, Plant Leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to translate operational strategy into measurable, scalable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance measurement
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading analytics teams
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling KPI frameworks across business functions
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with change management and driving analytics adoption

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end operations KPI framework across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, safety, and logistics.
  • Partner with operations and plant leadership to identify critical performance drivers (e.g., throughput, yield, scrap, OEE, downtime, labor productivity, service levels).
  • Establish standardized KPI definitions, calculation logic, targets, and governance across plants and distribution centers.
  • Lead development of plant-level, regional, and enterprise scorecards used in daily, weekly, and monthly operating reviews.
  • Oversee design and delivery of operational dashboards and self-service reporting using BI tools.
  • Build and drive standards for metric documentation, data governance, and operational reporting.
  • Continuously improve analytics processes, automation, and scalability to support growing operational complexity.
  • Design and implement reliable, repeatable data pipelines for operational KPIs across ERP, quality, and logistics systems.
  • Establish data quality standards, validation checks, and controls to ensure KPI accuracy and trust.
  • Own and maintain metric definitions, data lineage, and documentation to support transparency and auditability.
  • Enable data-driven decisions related to asset utilization, line optimization, and make-vs-buy analyses.
