About The Position

The Sr Manager, Marketing Operations will oversee the tech stack, processes and data to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role will manage email marketing, execution and support and campaign reporting & analysis. This person must understand automation and measurement strategy and be able to manage internal and external agency support. Although not immediately a People Manager role, this role could become a People Manager as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Management
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing operations experience, with a focus on revenue or general accounting.
  • Experience managing Marketing Automation Platforms. Hubspot is a strong plus.
  • High Proficiency in CRM systems (SFDC) and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the following is a plus: intacct, Azure/Google/AWS cloud marketplaces, experience in automating workflows

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Automation governance – specifically, governing the usage of MAP (and related tools) for the successful creation of Marketing programs aligned to our data standards.
  • Marketing full funnel tracking (lead flow) and oversight – capture all leads, ensure proper tagging and tracking, review (and optimize) performance against SLA’s
  • Marketing Database stewardship – building processes and cross-functional alignment with the big objective of having a database clean enough to monetize activities and engagements. Grow the marketable contacts, establish re-engagement programs and develop effective hygiene/deletion practices
  • Lead the Marketing Automation team as we continue to grow our skills in program analysis, segmentation, personalization and ABM tactics
  • Execute and track campaigns across the funnel, including outbound net new emails, nurturing emails, webinar invite emails, event support emails, customer emails, customer/partner e-newsletters, etc.
  • Serve as a partner consultant in support of our digital marketing efforts, including automation support for the website (forms, tracking, etc)
  • Work closely with content providers, designers, product managers, regional marketing managers, sales and partner management on the production of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop reporting templates and manage ongoing reporting for all email, webinar, event and social media campaigns
  • Explore and research new ways to reach and engage existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and implement AI-based process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation within workflows
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned as needed on a project or interim basis
