We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing technology stack and operational processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic execution and optimization of marketing automation (primarily HubSpot) and its integrations to drive demand generation, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate pipeline. You will leverage your expertise as an Individual Contributor to manage and scale key components of our marketing technology to ensure processes are efficient and data is accurate. This role requires a professional who can bring best-practice operational strategy derived from managing sophisticated marketing automation platforms, particularly around lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and MarTech integration. You will be a trusted partner to the Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams, translating strategy into scalable technical solutions.
