It manages a team responsible for designing and delivering training programs aligned with business objectives. The role differentiates itself by integrating stakeholder collaboration and strategic oversight to prioritize impactful learning initiatives. Success is measured by the effective implementation of training projects that meet organizational goals and resource management. The work supports organizational growth by ensuring workforce skills development aligns with strategic priorities and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Communication (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Training (Required)
  • Problem Solving (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 7-10 years Retail or related leadership experience. (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Professional training experience. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of learning strategies to achieve organizational development goals
  • Manage a team of learning professionals to deliver training programs that support business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational needs and priorities
  • Oversee project portfolios to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic plans
  • Secure and manage resources and budgets to support learning and development activities
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership to inform decision-making
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
