The Senior Manager, IT US Operation oversees all technical and support operations for all US sites (currently 3), ensuring IT services meet organizational needs. They handle day-to-day IT operations, including managing hardware/software, network, and user support, serving as liaison between local staff, site management, and Corporate IT teams. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential requirements that represents the knowledge, skill, and/or ability listed below.
