The Senior Manager Internal Communications leads the Strategic and Executive Communication Teams, which are responsible for shaping and delivering strategic and executive‑level messaging, providing counsel, development, and execution of high‑impact communication plans for enterprise and department‑wide initiatives. They’ll partner closely with Leaders and Employees across the Company, provide consultation and coaching, deliver exceptional Customer Service, and guide narratives and campaigns that support Southwest’s most significant priorities.
