Your Role The Sr. Manager – Intelligent Manufacturing will provide leadership in business development and consulting for intelligent manufacturing transformation projects. This role demands an experienced leader who can drive go-to-market, manage complex client engagements, and deliver innovative solutions across a range of manufacturing topics. The ideal candidate is a thought leader with broad industry exposure and a pragmatic, holistic approach to digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in go-to-market sales, business development, consulting, or strategy roles focused on manufacturing operations, quality, service, or digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver solutions in complex, client-facing environments.
  • Exposure to multiple industries, with a strong foundation in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and ability to develop impactful presentations.
  • Fluent with AI/GenAI, data analytics and software platforms manufacturing systems.
  • Experience enabling large transformation programs within manufacturing.
  • Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities within Industry 4.0.
  • Experience developing value propositions, proposals, managing contract execution, financial project delivery.
  • Experience in AI/GenAI approaches and manufacturing enablement using AI solutions.

  • Experience working in factories or with manufacturing end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, business development, and consulting initiatives for intelligent manufacturing solutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working closely with clients and partners to identify, solution, and deliver impactful projects.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Be an expert and a visionary in manufacturing.
