We're an interdisciplinary group of scientists, consultants, and strategists from all sorts of backgrounds who join together to represent and advocate for gamers around the world. As Head of Publishing Insights for VALORANT, you'll champion player voices, leading a team of researchers and analysts focused on the upper-funnel and around-game player experience. Your mission is to transform complex data and sentiment into actionable insights for global publishing strategies, engagement, and ecosystem health, understanding player interaction with esports, creators, and social moments. You'll partner with VALORANT's global publishing leadership, game teams, and ecosystem partners, setting the vision for measurement and delivering proactive insights. You'll collaborate with the head of VALORANT Game Insights. This hybrid position offers a blend of onsite collaboration at our global headquarters in Santa Monica, CA, and the flexibility of remote work.
