The Sr. Manager, Human Resources is directly responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction and advice in the development and implementation of human resource strategies, policies and procedures for GTI. Responsibilities may include (all or some of the following): recruitment, salary administration, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and overall oversight for the Human Resources Teams. The Sr. Manager, Human Resources will establish and maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external customers. The Sr. Manager, Human Resources maintains employee confidence and protect GTI operations by keeping personnel data confidential and ensuring all Human Resources team members, as well as site leadership, comply with this confidentiality.
