The Sr. Manager, HR – Corporate Operations will support multiple corporate and field based teams including Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations Continuous Improvement (OpX). The role will provide strategic HR support for these verticals supporting remote stakeholders across the enterprise including regional offices in FL and employees in the warehouse network. This role will require the leader to work in corporate and field warehouse environments to build strong relationships with operations teams. The leader must have experience with strategic influence to support KPIs, performance management, organizational design, employee relations, project execution, and strategic leadership. The role will serve as support to corporate and warehouse teams working as a trusted advisor to foster an environment consistent with KeHE’ s Culture, Mission and Values.
