A Sr Manager would focus on global process improvements and strategic account management to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Lead complex projects of diverse scope requiring an understanding of current business trends. Determine methods and procedures for new or special assignments. Drive product adoption and ensure clients are enabled on key products. Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to drive effective sales motion. Support merchant retention and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Responsibilities will include owning the overall strategy and commercial goals for these partnerships with a particular focus on developing a pipeline of value-based opportunities and fostering new strategic relationships. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures seamless onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support while advocating for merchant needs and aligning them with PayPal’s strategic goals. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships as well as managing the interactions with executive sponsors with the partner, this executive will be responsible for driving growth and further adoption and integration of PayPal’s business assets. The best candidate will have experience of account and portfolio management practices including Account Planning, strategic visioneering with and for customers. Meet our team The Sr Account Manager is responsible for building and executing strategies to grow commercial and strategic relationships with some of PayPal’s largest partners globally.
